IDA reached out to Intertisement with the ambition of turning their building into a creative playground, integrating several interactive experiences.

In collaboration with IDA, Intertisement established a number of engaging interactive installations, which could be explored by visitors during the Culture Night event of October 9th 2015.

Transforming people into gameplay objects - creating involvement

Air hockey is a well known traditional game which Intertisement created a new and digital spin on, by enabling people to engage and interact with it in untraditional ways.

Intertisement created an air hockey game running on a 70" touch screen table located in the entrance hall of IDA's building, attracting people to play. A live version of the game was simultaneously projected onto the street outside of the building. The projected game attracted people outside to participate by stepping onto the projected field. This made them an active part of the game, by transforming their movements into live obstacles, affecting the players at the virtual Airhockey table inside.

Due to the engaging success of the installation during the event, IDA intends to make this a part of their permanent installation.

It can be experienced at IDA's Conference Building at Kalvebod Brygge 31.
