Catch the Robot! – Augmented Reality App for IDA Intertisement created an interactive Augmented Reality App for the IDA Culture Night event of October 9th 2015 Project details Interactive Installation Client:The Danish Society of Engineers IDA‎ Launch date:October 9th 2015 IDA wanted to create an interactive universe for people visiting them on Culture Night. Using Augmented Reality, they could demonstrate the possibilities of current technology, and create a universe of play and interaction. As part of IDA’s theme “The robots are coming” at the Culture Night 2015, Intertisement created a unique app, which visualized a number of 3D-animated Augmented Reality robots. At multiple locations, hotspots would enable the various Augmented Reality robots to engage with visitors, encouraging them to take selfies with the robots. These Augmented Reality hotspots will become a permanent part of IDA’s facilities at Kalvebod Brygge 31, showcasing engineering achievements.

Demonstrating the Future of Interactive Gameplay IDA reached out to Intertisement with the ambition of turning their building into a creative playground, integrating several interactive experiences. Project details Interactive Installation Client:The Danish Society of Engineers IDA‎ Launch date:October 9th 2015 “Knowledge and Technology Changing the World”. Those were the words welcoming the guests entering IDA’s building on the Culture Night event of October 9th 2015. With multiple exhibitors and installations IDA welcomed their guests to an educational, engineering themed universe of engaging experiences. Early on, IDA reached out to intertisement, as a development partner, in order to realize their ambition of becoming an institute for showcasing the future of engineering and technology, thereby creating several interactive experiences located in their building. The experiences should invite guests to interact and play while being a source of information for IDA.

Visualizing GEO data with Orbicon Informatics Orbicon Informatics and Intertisement are developing a visualisation tool for GEO data. Project details Augmented Reality Business Tools Client:Orbicon Informatics Launch date:October 2015 Intertisement were contacted by Orbicon Informatics in 2015 with a simple question: “Can you help us visualize information on pipeline positions, depth and orientation etc. in relation to images of the real world?”. We accepted the challenge, based on our massive experience in visualization and Augmented Reality and created an exciting solution together. We are now able to load GEO datasets and visualize drainage pipeline information as an Augmented Reality overlay using a mobile device camera. The initial version of the tool has been designed to work with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S (SM-T800), though it should be compatible with most Android based tablets currently on the market. Using the device GPS, gyroscope and compass, we are able to plot data…
